　　ESD diodes are solid state PN junction devices specifically designed to protect sensitive electrical circuits from the damage of transient voltage. Unlike most other types of circuit protection devices, ESD shows a much faster response time to transient voltages,which becomes increasingly important in today's high-speed circuit application.
